1. Data we collect

We collect your email, full name, phone number, and shipping address (when you purchase a VinaPhone SIM).

2. How we use it

Data is used to process orders, activate services, provide support and send renewal reminders.

3. Sharing with partners

The minimum necessary information is shared with providers (Anthropic, VinaPhone, Eskimo, Oracle) to deliver your services. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Security

Passwords are hashed with scrypt; account credentials (Oracle) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest; we never store card details — these are handled entirely by Stripe/PayOS.

5. Your rights

Under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you may access, correct and request deletion of your personal data. Contact the admin to exercise these rights.
